Returns

We do everything in our power to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers and understand that on occasion you may wish to return unsuitable items.

All returned items are processed individually and any refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please be aware it may take 5-7 working days for your return to be processed and up to 3 working days for the funds to appear within your account. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Once received all items are inspected by our Returns Manager and must be returned with the barcode tags intact and in the original packaging. We can not offer Refunds or exchanges on any product returned to us in an unsuitable condition or with tags that have been removed from the item or without the original packaging. If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the garments and notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process your refund as soon as possible.

We can offer a refund or exchange on any item purchased from AXP Outlet returned to us within 14 days of receipt as long as the item is in a new, unworn & resellable condition.

You will find a returns form within your delivered package. Please state your name, delivery address and order confirmation number (this would have been advised in your order confirmation email).  If however you have gone through our customer support for your return/exchange and it has been approved you may send your items to;

Please ensure all the items are placed safely inside its original packaging with all labels attached to the garment/s. Please note that we do not allow customers to return their orders/parcels to our returns address themselves in person.

Please Note:

  • We offer 14 days for refunds and 30 days for exchanges.
  • If an exchange is wanted for a more expensive item, the difference will be paid for by the buyer.
  • The return shipment for returns and exchanges will be paid for by the customer. Exceptions include faulty products, these will be paid for by us the retailer and you must contact us before returning your item so that we can arrange for a pre-paid returns label to be sent to you. We can not refund any postage costs that are incurred or paid for once you have sent your return back to us.

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    Please note that the cost of returning an item is your responsibility (unless the garment is defective). We advise that you use an insured means of postage and keep any receipts/proof safe as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost on the way to us.
